We follow a high standard of quality control and ensure that each product is made with care. Since most products involve hand-crafted processes such as screen printing, minor imperfections are considered part of the charm of a handcrafted product.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case there is an issue with the product being damaged/defective or incorrect product has been shipped, the product can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 48 hours of order receipt at dsilva.nishika@gmail.com

You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). After we review the returned product, we will decide if an exchange is valid. Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the the same. In case the the exchange is not possible, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit.

What if a piece is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly?

If your order is wrongfully delivered (item delivered is different from the order placed online) or has a genuine quality issue, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. We request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the defect/external damage visible, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at dsilva.nishika@gmail.com with all details. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s).

What is your order cancellation policy?

• Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been processed.
• No cancellation applicable for personalised/customised products once the order is placed.
• If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
• Please mail us at dsilva.nishika@gmail.com with the order details for cancellation request.

What is your Refund Policy ?

• If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 10- 12 working days.
• Please note that we depend on your bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

A flat fee of INR 149 is charged for shipping on all domestic prepaid orders.

Standard delivery time in India varies from 2-7 working days after shipping, depending on the servicability as per the logistics/ courier partner.

Express shipping options are available at an additional cost, you may get in touch with us for the same.

We are unfortunately unable to take any responsibility for goods being delayed due to shipping constraints.

Orders are dispatched from Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays). For Rush/Urgent orders kindly get in touch with our team before placing the order.

• All our products can be personalised with your name/initials depending on the design.
• Kindly choose the personalisation option as requested from the drop down or mention the same in the personalisation box.
• The personalisation is done as a gold screenprint.
• Please note that the text will be printed out exactly how it is entered by you in the box and we are not responsible for any spelling/ grammatical errors from your end.
• Please note NO DIGITAL PROOF will be sent for client approval on whatsapp/email, if you wish to see the font preview please refer to the reference image provided in the personalisation tab itself.
• All submissions are final and cannot be changed. In case of any error/correction required, kindly contact our team within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes will not be entertained if the order has already been processed for printing.
