FAQs
Timelines vary depending on the style of the artwork, the number of pieces, and whether digital or printed invites - or both - are needed. Typically, our wedding suites require 8 weeks, from introduction call to final files. For printing, we require a minimum of 3 weeks once designs are finalised to allow enough time for sourcing, sampling and production. International shipping takes between 6 and 8 business days.
We are typically booked 2-3 months in advance, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible by filling out the Inquiry Form here.
Yes, we design both e-invites and physical invitations. For printed invitations, we handle printing & production with our trusted print & paper vendors and can also make recommendations for accessories such as ribbons, custom wax seals, stamps and more!
We begin working on the final designs only once you've approved the initial sketches or design concepts. During the design refinement stage, we work through upto 3 rounds of refinement to ensure the designs are perfect! We do this to ensure a seamless design process and so we can honour our timelines. However, if you would like to request additional changes, we would be happy to accommodate these at an additional fee.
Bespoke stationery is fully custom - designed from scratch, with unique artwork tailored to your story and takes a minimum of 8 weeks to design. Semi-Custom Suites, on the other hand, start with picking from our 12 pre-designed Suites that you can then personalize by choosing colors, fonts, and text, with a quicker turnaround of 2 weeks. Both options result in beautiful, personalized stationery, but bespoke is ideal for couples wanting a truly one-of-a-kind suite, while semi-custom is perfect for those who love our existing designs and need a faster process.
In order to ensure design exclusivity and quality, we do not share open files for printing, resizing or re-using. We are happy to handle the printing for you or provide high resolution JPEGs for you to print - in which case we are not able to take responsibility for the quality of print. We also do not share the plain background of the invites. However, if we design your wedding logo, we will share open files so it may be used across your wedding collaterals.
Yes - we enjoy crafting stationery for different faiths, cultures & destinations! Since our inception in 2019, we've had the pleasure of working on weddings all over the world. We can ship invitations directly to you for you to mail out to your guests. Please allow upto 8 working days for international shipping
